Full time, permanent role Competitive salary Town Hall location with flexible working arrangements Paid Parental Leave, Wellbeing Leave and Charity Volunteering Leave We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support in a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney Support Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in proactively assessing, developing and implementing solutions across multiple core business systems to meet current and future business needs. In this role you will: Undertake research and engagement with key stakeholders to understand the business needs, processes, user stories and other required documents. Create business requirements documents or change requests and business cases that support the business needs. Ensure systems, solutions and processes conform to all regulatory & business policy requirements. Manage the development life cycle by engaging with developers, key stakeholders & business users to complete UAT and production go live. Manage the delivery, operations, and support for all common business systems. To be successful in this role you must have: Exposure to ERP applications including SAP (Business Central highly regarded). Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Experience identifying, gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience assessing options for process improvement. Ability to liaise between various business departments and groups. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop business process maps. Experience in end-to-end systems testing. Ability to lead and manage detailed analysis work independently. Previous exposure to retail highly regarded.
