The Opportunity Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking a dynamic IT Business Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives that enhance business operations and drive seamless integration across the company. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will act as the key liaison between CPP and our parent company, Quanta Services Australia (QSA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring IT projects align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our IT landscape, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success. Key responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to identify IT system opportunities and risks. Develop and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Manage IT projects, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless technology integration. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field. 7+ years experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in business systems, analysis and project management. Experience with a large ERP software, such as either IFS, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, Netsweet Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across all levels. Familiarity with project management methodologies, and a track record leading and managing business transformation projects. Knowledge of risk management and compliance in system transformation.
