About the role NW Communications & IT is seeking an experienced IT & Communications Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a full-time position, although consideration will also be given to a FIFO role for the right candidate. You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the day-to-day operations of a busy IT, Communications and security business. What you'll be doing Face to face Customer service Administration that would include stock receivables and ordering Job Scheduling and Customer liaison Assist technicians to Manage & Coordinate Jobs to maintain productivity and installation deadlines Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations Quotations & Recommendations to Clients Maintaining accurate records and documentation Continually research and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and competitiveness What we're looking for Minimum 5 years experience and/or qualifications in the IT, Communications and Security industry Strong knowledge of IT, communications and security systems and technologies Proficient in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget Excellent communications and customer service skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver's license What we offer At NW Communications & IT, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment to our employees.
