In partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium (comprised of Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild) is delivering a transformative, city-shaping metro rail project in Greater Western Sydney. RDWSA will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Parklife Metro for 15 years. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Digital Systems Director, this role will assist with IT planning, system maintenance, and technical support on the Parklife Metro project. Your day-to-day responsibilities might include: Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT projects to support business objectives Providing technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment to ensure optimal performance Managing IT inventory and maintaining accurate database records Collaborating with internal teams to address IT challenges and improve system functionality Communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders and providing training as needed Coordinating with external vendors and service providers to support IT service delivery and procurement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
