IT Operations Manager Start ASAP Leading a team of 5 people Our client in Sydney are currently looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join their growing team. This person will play a crucial role in upcoming greenfield projects as well as lead and manage an existing team of 5. Key responsibilities: Provide hands-on leadership to the team, guiding and mentoring team members by utilising previous infrastructure experience and have the opportunity to grow the team further. Lead internal projects, including a major network upgrade as well as other infrastructure enhancements that are planned over the next 4 years. Work with vendors for infrastructure activities and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders. Experience required: 10+ years experience working in the technology/infrastructure industry Experience managing and developing a team Good knowledge of Microsoft systems, firewalls, data centers and cloud systems Ability to utilise vendors effectively and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
