About the role The IT Service Centre plays a fundamental role in establishing Cenitex’s quality of service for customers and internal stakeholders. This ongoing role will lead a team of highly motivated, customer-focused Analysts who are the first point of contact for our customers. It is a large team with over 80 staff, however you are supported by a great group of Team Leads, Workforce Planner and Process Improvement functions. You will have the opportunity to: Lead and motivate the team Develop the teams across the complex technology landscape we support Work with other leaders in the business to ensure our customers are getting the best customer experience Extend support capabilities and continue to meet and exceed service targets Automate and streamline processes Let’s talk about you: You have Successfully managed large teams within an omni-channel IT Service Centre environment Demonstrated experience in growing self-service and shifting knowledge Ability to bridge the gap between internal teams, customer teams and vendors Experience in cross-skilling teams to grow the service The salary range for this opportunity is $182,813 - $204,749 plus superannuation.
