IT Service Support - Assistant Director, Service Desk AGD - Executive Level 1 The Assistant Director leads a team of IT professionals committed to delivering high-quality service to the Attorney-General’s Department (AGD). This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of quality service and support, overseeing staff management, resolving technical issues, driving continuous quality improvements, managing workloads, responding to employee satisfaction metrics, and contributing to projects, reporting, and performance. Additionally, the role fosters a positive and innovative team culture. As a senior representative of the Information Division, the Assistant Director ensures that service level standards are met, departmental and broader Commonwealth technology and security guidelines are followed, and best practices are applied to deliver a reliable and seamless experience that meets customer needs and enhances client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality service. Manage day-to-day operations and oversee staff management.
