IT Support – 2-Month Contract | Potential to Extend IT Support – 2 month contract (view to extend) – Melbourne CBD based Are you an IT Support professional looking for a short-term role with the possibility of extension? We're seeking an immediately available IT Support Specialist for a 2-month contract , providing essential support in a Windows 11 environment . Preferably with 1-2 years experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist with Windows 11 deployments, updates, and configurations . Support users with Microsoft 365, networking, and general IT troubleshooting. Handle device setup, imaging, and peripheral management (printers, mobile devices, etc.). Log and track support tickets, escalating where necessary. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations through effective issue resolution. What We're Looking For: Immediate availability to start. Previous experience in an IT support/helpdesk role . Strong knowledge of Windows . Familiarity with basic networking and troubleshooting.
