In this entry-level position, you will act as the initial point of contact for all IT issues and requests for support, requiring you to diagnose, fix, or escalate technical issues in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels. Whilst no formal qualifications or IT industry experience is required, you should demonstrate strong IT and customer service skills and have confidence in identifying, communicating, and resolving computer and network issues. If you possess a positive 'can-do' attitude, outstanding communication and organisational skills, a desire to learn, and are looking to be part of a supportive team committed to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
