Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for technology, security, and seamless system operations? Lighthouse Industries is looking for an IT Systems and Support Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. About Lighthouse Industries Lighthouse Industries is an infrastructure services platform dedicated to scaling, coordinating, and innovating essential energy infrastructure capabilities. We support a portfolio of highly regarded specialist companies, ensuring they have the IT solutions they need to operate efficiently and securely. The Role As an IT Systems and Support Engineer, you will work closely with our Managed Services Providers (MSPs) to ensure IT services are delivered effectively, minimising downtime and maximising efficiency. You’ll provide Microsoft 365 administration, cyber security support, network administration, and IT service management while also participating in strategic IT projects. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Administration – Setup & manage user accounts, permissions, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Cyber Security – Support security tools like Microsoft Defender, Palo Alto Prisma, and DLP solutions Network Administration – Configure routers, switches, and firewalls to maintain secure and high-performance networks IT Support & Service Management – Oversee IT ticketing systems (JIRA, Confluence), coordinate IT setups, and provide Level 3 support Compliance & Business Continuity – Ensure adherence to IT and cyber policies, and conduct biannual BCP tests What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience (Active Directory, Entra services, group policies) Cyber Security expertise with tools like Microsoft Defender & Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Networking knowledge – VLANs, subnets, firewall rules, and NAT configuration ITIL framework experience & proficiency in managing ITSM processes Strong problem-solving skills , ability to work independently & as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience Why Join Us?
