Milestone IT, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Trainer to spearhead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 across their internal teams. About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing productivity across the organization. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technology and user proficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Deliver M365 Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and potentially virtual) on various M365 applications, including but not limited to:Teams Outlook OneDrive SharePoint Word, Excel, PowerPoint Create Comprehensive Training Materials: Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly training manuals, guides, and online resources for M365. Assess Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs accordingly. Provide Ongoing Support: Offer post-training support to users, addressing questions and resolving technical issues. Track and Report on Training Effectiveness: Monitor training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest M365 updates and features. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an IT Trainer, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365/O365. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and its applications. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs. Strong instructional design skills and experience creating training manuals and resources. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Why Join Us?
