We are currently hiring an ITIL Incident Manager Team Lead. You will be responsible for leading a team of incident managers, ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of IT incidents, and implementing incident management best practices. Responsibilities: Lead a team of incident managers. Ensure effective and efficient resolution of IT incidents. Implement incident management best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and incident management. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of incident managers. Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes. Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies. ITIL certification is a plus.
