Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst for a permanent position. As the ITSM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing IT service management processes and systems, and identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Responsibilities Minimum 3 years of experience as an ITSM Business Analyst Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell Ability to gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with ITIL practices and certification is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills About Us Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
