Role: Impact Investment Analyst Location: Melbourne Our client, a leading investment advisory business, offers the full range of corporate advisory products and services and has a superb reputation. Due to increased growth of the business, an opportunity for an Impact Investment Analyst/Associate has arisen to join this high-profile team. The Melbourne office has a 'boutique' feel and the office culture is second to none. Responsibilities: Assist senior team members in the assessment, structuring, execution, and completion of a range of M&A transactions across all industries. Employ strong financial modelling skills to assess potential deals and assist in pitching work to a broad range of senior clients. Perform market and industry analysis to identify opportunities. Assist with the due diligence process and gain 'hands-on' experience by working on every stage of a deal. Minimum Requirements: Exceptional academics and relevant M&A experience (2-6 years in Investment Banking/M&A, Transaction Services, or Modelling). Demonstrated advanced numerical and analytical ability. Passion for impact investing, climate, or social justice, along with some form of pre-existing work experience in the area.
