Job Description

This is a small but ambitious team that values proactivity, teamwork, and a commitment to making the business a success. Key Responsibilities: Conducting fundamental analysis to support bid evaluation and achieve financial close. Construct, maintain, and review detailed financial models (mostly project finance models) to assess investment feasibility and value existing assets. Assist in preparing term sheets, investment committee papers, and presentations. Assist in the calculation of debt optimisation. Coordinate due diligence processes and manage professional advisors as needed. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities. Support financial management and monitoring of existing portfolio investments. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience within a role with exposure to project finance infrastructure models (PPP/Renewables - models with debt optimisation). Likely M&A/Investment Banking, Infrastructure lead financial advisory, or infrastructure financial modelling/deals modelling teams. We will require candidates to either have built ground-up project finance models or have completed courses for project finance modelling, which complements their above-listed experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
