Implementation & Activation Executive We are looking for an Implementation & Activation Executive to join our NAB team in Melbourne. Join our high-performing team and work with one of the largest clients at Mindshare, NAB, across exciting and innovative channels. We’re looking for passionate and creative individuals to help us deliver outstanding campaigns, backed by a supportive team and amazing clients. Responsibilities Living and breathing the Mindshare values every day whilst possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads. Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POVs and follow leadership directives. Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying. Building an effective knowledge and use of proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation. Providing accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team. Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category whilst responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations. Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape. Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBAs, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries. Follows GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence. Ensures timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail. Experience This is an early career role. You will have Agency career experience within an Implementation & Activation environment, applying the core marketing competencies, utilizing your formal education in a practical setting. This will be underpinned by 3 – 5 years of experience in Media Agencies or the broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes. High-level technical skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, strategic thought, and proactive management are essential.
