Implementation Specialist - Inventory Management and POS We're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join the Techweave team. Focusing on Cin7 and other Inventory Management System implementations for Shopify-based businesses, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business working with some of Australia's leading onsite retail and direct-to-consumer brands. This role can be based anywhere on the East Coast of Australia, and some travel is required. It can be a flexible full-time or part-time position to suit the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Cin7 and other IMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify Develop and execute implementation plans in collaboration with clients Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client teams Travel to client sites as needed for implementations and training Manage project timelines and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Document implementation processes and client configurations Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges Collaborate with our technical team to ensure successful project delivery Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in implementing inventory management systems, particularly Cin7 Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management principles Excellent project management and organisational skills Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Experience in delivering technical training Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopify POS and ecommerce platforms Background in retail or inventory management Training or teaching experience Technical documentation skills Experience in client-facing roles What We're Looking For Someone who embodies the company values through: Support: A natural mentor who enjoys helping others succeed Agility: Adaptable thinking and approach to different client needs Innovation: Creative problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Authenticity: Building genuine relationships with clients and team members What We Offer Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time) Opportunity to work with growing businesses Collaborative team environment Chance to shape and grow with an expanding business A culture built on our core values Location Based on the East Coast of Australia (preferably located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney or Melbourne) with travel requirements for client implementations (1-2 days a month) How to Apply If you connect with our values and are excited about helping businesses transform their operations, we want to hear from you.
