Are you looking for your next opportunity with a global company? Thomson Reuters HR Solutions team are looking for their next Training Coordinator who will support our leading eRecruitment platforms. Based in Perth, this role will be both customer facing and internal facing and will involve defined consulting, new implementation delivery and training engagements to the HR Solutions customer base across Australia and New Zealand. In rare circumstances, international implementations and training may be required. You will provide expert advice including (but not limited to) training and instruction, business discovery, application design and configuration, analysis, and operational assessment. About the Role In this opportunity as Training Coordinator, you will: Conduct implementation meetings, and the management of each customer through the implementation process. Act as primary point of contact, and conduit between the development team & customers during the implementation project. Setup and configuration of system following the development setup (creating application questions, etc). QA of BigRedSky instance and Job Board prior to training customer. Deliver system training to new and existing customers as required. About You You’re a fit for the role of Training Coordinator, if your background includes: Technical acumen, and ability to communicate technical items to non-technical people. Understanding of HR processes, specifically recruitment. Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with customers. Experience using BigRedSky (desirable). What’s in it For You?
