Job Description
The organisation As in-house lawyer for this international NFP, you will provide legal advice, support, and assistance with case management of claims of institutional abuse throughout Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of historical and current complaints. The role will suit a junior lawyer with experience in plaintiff or defendant personal injury, property damage or public liability, dispute resolution, or civil litigation. Experience dealing with institutional abuse law will obviously be highly regarded.
