Role overview: This role blends inbound sales and customer support, making it ideal for a candidate who is both passionate about and proficient in technology. Main Responsibilities Assist customers over the phone with product enquiries, including providing quotes, taking orders, completing follow ups, or providing technical assistance. Manage orders to ensure customer requirements are met. Undertake basic setup and troubleshooting with customers in a timely manner. Serve as the main liaison for key manufacturers, maintaining relationships. Review and follow up on all orders and outstanding quotations. Build relationships and identify opportunities. Ensure all systems are up to date. What you will bring: Strong understanding of technology. Demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of product knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in providing customer support and sales over the phone. Confidence in following up customers and supporting them with their needs. Experience using software similar to Dynamics. A drive to succeed, and passion for the products and industry.
