Due to a team re-structure, a rare leadership opportunity has become available for a sales guru to give our valued customers a top-tier experience, convert sales leads, and develop our inbound sales team. Reporting to and working closely with the Customer Relations Manager, you will be the go-to team member for all things sales which includes managing key customers relationships and finding ways to help our team improve our sales conversion rates. Depending on relevant experience, we are prepared to offer $75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus superannuation and performance bonuses for the right candidate. This position is full-time Monday to Friday with NO weekend work required! Responsibilities As a key team member of our inbound trade and retail sales team, your role will include: Investigate inbound leads via phone, email, and in-person Provide customers with tailored product information to convert leads into sales Ensure orders are correctly quoted, invoiced, and processed to maintain sales accuracy Liaise with other departments throughout the supply chain to ensure orders are on-time, every time Support and develop other inbound sales team members to ensure their success against performance targets Regularly report to management team on sales including revenue targets and conversion rates Work closely with Customer Relations Manager to find process improvements which leads to increased revenue and team success About You Previous experience in internal or external sales Proven experience working towards sales targets within a fast-paced environment Previous experience in or a genuine interest in leading a small sales team with the desire to potentially undergo leadership training High attention to detail particularly when confirming orders with customers Adaptable personality with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders ranging from blue-collar to white-collar professionals Ambitious and motivated with the desire to develop their career within a large business Rewards & Benefits Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Programme About Stratco Stratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
