We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts in Adelaide’s North West territory, including some regional travel with overnight stays. About Us Strategic National Group is a nationally recognised field marketing organisation experiencing significant growth under a dynamic new senior management team. We specialise in sales, distribution, NPD blitzes, planograms, merchandising, and reporting, helping our clients achieve success in the Independent Grocery sector. The Role Starting at 30hrs per week with the potential for extra hours, we are seeking an experienced Independent Grocery Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and execute business objectives within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Manage call cycles and visit schedules to ensure optimum customer coverage. Service key independent grocery banners including IGA, Foodland, Drakes, and Foodworks. Execute in-store activities such as display builds, planograms, staff training, and industry events/expos. Provide timely written reports and field intelligence to the State Manager. Maintain and grow market-leading positions for the brands we represent. What You Bring Proven experience in field sales and territory management. Ability to analyse and resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment. Experience using CRM tools and reporting systems. Commitment to HR/WHS guidelines and regulations. Why Join Us?
