Job Title: Indirect Channel Manager Acute Care ANZ Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Indirect Channel Manager to oversee our indirect sales channels and drive business growth through strategic partnerships within our Acute care business in ANZ. The Indirect Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market reach and increase revenue. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives. Your Role: Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets through indirect sales channels. Identify and recruit new channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market coverage and reach untapped customer segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to drive sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive demand generation. Monitor channel performance, track key metrics, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize channel effectiveness. Provide regular communication and updates to channel partners on product launches, pricing changes, and other relevant information. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams, to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business goals. You are the right fit if: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or indirect sales roles within medical device or hospital system. Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
