Complete Industrial & Welding Supplies is a family-owned business with 3 industrial supply stores in the Central West - offering professional service & products at a competitive price. We pride ourselves on delivering the best range, quality & professional advice - always coming through for our customers, no matter how big or small the job. To continue our growth and service to Regional NSW we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Lithgow sales team selling a range of bolts/fasteners, welding, industrial products, steel and rural products. The role: Industrial sales is a rewarding career, full of interesting people and products. For the right person we are offering a role in our long established and growing business with dynamic management, plenty of opportunity and a lifestyle hard to beat. The role is Monday to Friday based at our Lithgow Store. Handling face to face, general telephone/email and customer service enquiries, including quotations. Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers. Processing of sales orders. Maintenance of stock. Receipting of stock into our POS system. Manufacturing of hydraulic hoses. (Training can be provided) About you: a keen, motivated, team player that takes pride in your work. You may come from a trade background (mechanical/hydraulics experience highly regarded), or you have dedicated yourself to becoming an industrial products expert. Either way it will be the experience you have gained and energy you invest in every day that gets you the results we are looking for! Skills, Experience and Attributes: Prior sales experience in the Industrial & Steel supplies is an advantage. Prior experience with mechanical & hydraulics is an advantage or willingness to be trained in the area. Comprehension of technology and competent computer skills. Ability to guide customers to efficient solutions. Ability to work unsupervised.
