Information and Communication Specialist Business Services - Customer Experience | Administration / Support / Service, Customer Service / Call Centre Permanent Full-Time opportunity available (9 day fortnight). Extensive experience with customer service systems, technologies, and methodologies, including Microsoft Windows, Visio, Snagit, Livepro knowledge management system, knowledge bases. LGO5 ($87,024 - $90,825 per annum + superannuation) based on skills, qualifications and experience. About the Role This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of customer service and improving the overall customer experience and working collaboratively across Council to champion our purpose of Growing Townsville and to deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Townsville Community. This role involves the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of information libraries, sourcing key documentation such as policies, procedures, and process maps, and fostering effective communication across teams and with internal stakeholders. The Information and Communication Specialist plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, enhancing knowledge sharing, and improving overall customer service. About You Our ideal applicant will have strong communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve quality customer outcomes and support education and capacity building with extensive experience with customer service systems, technologies, and methodologies, including Microsoft Windows, Visio, Snagit, Livepro knowledge management system, knowledge bases.
