Job Overview: The Information Management Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing the delivery of all the non-client/prospect facing tasks of the other teams in the Business Development Department. This includes a wide range of administrative and clerical job duties intended for these other teams to spend more time in front of prospects and clients, securing more business for TRT. This is a high-profile position within TRT’s Shared Services Organization, reporting to Executive Management. Key Deliverables: Comply with the TRT Policies Determine the accounts to be handled by the BDA team. Manage the Business Development team. Monitor the pre-sales and post-sales of the BDA team. Pre-Sales – supporting Direct Marketing Associates (DMA)s Post Sales – Supporting Client Account Managers (CAM)s Client Accreditation: Preparation of Documents for Client and our third-party accreditation. Uploading / mailing documents into Client and third-party portals. Storing of all accreditation documents into client/third party TRT CRM record. Attend daily meetings. Oversee incident management. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Create a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial gain and client satisfaction. Promote the company's services to meet or anticipate clients’ needs. Prepare sales contracts that adhere to legal criteria and guidelines. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Foster long-term client relationships with new and existing clients. Train entry-level employees to become effective salespeople. Conduct performance reviews. Professional Capabilities: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management. Min 3-4 years relevant experience. Ability to build trust with client's management and colleagues. Target Oriented. High Sense of Urgency. Resilient to Changing Priorities. Client/Company before Self. Professional before Social. Detail Oriented. Reliable. Constantly Updates. Desire to be a Subject Expert. Strong business level English verbal and written communication skills. Proven computer skills: Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, NetSuite. Demonstrated working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or similar function. Proven sales track record. Experience in customer support is a plus. Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AU$73,150.00 – AU$75,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
