About the Opportunity This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia. As Information Mobilisation Manager, you report to the Head of Enablement within the SSN AUKUS Business Enablement team. This role is accountable for leadership and management of a cross-functional team that ensures that overall information sharing requirements are addressed in a manner that significantly mitigates the risk, project manages the scope, execution, and risk management of information sharing activities that do not fall within the other departments' accountabilities. Working closely with the SSN AUKUS Commercial Team, Transfer of Technology; Nuclear & Capability Department; ASC Security, the Information Mobilisation Manager engages with the broader stakeholder environment with the aim to clarify the requirements and actions needed to enable the program to perform whilst mitigating the risks, and to generate communications to inform the wider stakeholders and program staff. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for information sharing that addresses all requirements and mitigates risks. Act as the business stakeholder for the development of appropriate IT systems, tools, and equipment to support information sharing. Create and facilitate training materials and sessions for program team members to ensure they are well-equipped to handle information sharing tasks. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with ASC policies and procedures. Provide leadership to the cross-functional team which will include direct reports and members from other functions or teams. Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic domestic and international travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis. About you Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Information Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Information Management. Prior experience in Project management Risk management. Experience in management of information, including confidentiality, IP, Export Control, classified information. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in the development of plans, processes, guides, training, and communications. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. While ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
