Recruitment Consultant at Synchro Partners | Building technology teams across Our client is a mid-sized enterprise looking to uplift their technology environment. They are about to commence a Security uplift program. We currently seek a Security Architect with strong project experience. Responsibilities include: Deep understanding of Cyber Security frameworks and standards, including Essential 8, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 , ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Expertise in Enterprise Cybersecurity including operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering, and threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement security architecture policies and standards. Experience in Information Security Manual (ISM) & Security Audits, assessments, identify vulnerabilities & implementing solutions. Provide security input into solution architecture and collaborate with technical teams. Provide input into tool selection and involvement in RFPs. Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure), DevSecOps, and security tools. Develop Security Risk Management Plans (SRMPs) and System Security Plans (SSPs). Perform security risk assessments and mitigation planning. Ensure compliance with ASD ISM policies and conduct security workshops. The successful candidate will have clear experience working across an enterprise, will have demonstrable experience in working on projects/programs, and be able to provide input into security strategies .
