Fujitsu Adelaide, South Australia, Australia System Administrator We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused NV2, IT Administrator to provide frontline technical support and IT services for client’s staff and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for client’s staff and partners seeking assistance with IT-related issues, ensuring prompt and professional support. Log and track service requests and incidents using the Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs). Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex cases as necessary. Process and manage service requests, including user account creation, access management, and software installations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issue resolutions, and service requests, contributing to knowledge base improvements. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and instructions regarding their IT requests. Diagnose and troubleshoot common IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service processes and procedures. Requirements: Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role. Basic to intermediate understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and enterprise applications, including: Microsoft Windows, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM. Microsoft 365 Services (Productivity/Collaboration and Security). Understanding of mobility solutions, including end-user devices and device management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage client expectations effectively. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. NV2 Clearance required. Why Fujitsu?
