Information Technology Service Delivery Manager Kytec Perth, Western Australia, Australia We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the effective delivery of services to our clients. This role demands a dynamic individual who can manage service operations, ensure client satisfaction, and continually enhance processes. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate strong leadership, and uphold high-quality service standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Develop success plans to ensure continual adoption of SAAS based products within customer environments. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implement effective solutions. Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Manage and resolve service-related issues to minimise disruptions and risks to clients. Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure service continuity. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, and support) to align service delivery with business objectives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. Key Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of recent experience in a similar role as a Service Manager. Strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior business and technical personnel. Ability to work effectively as part of a dispersed national team. Strong organisational skills, with high efficiency and time management capabilities. A growth mindset and willingness to learn and evolve with the company. Exposure / High-level understanding of various Technologies covering: Network and Security (e.g., SDWAN, Firewall, Routing and Switching) Voice and CX (Cisco Webex, AWS Connect, Genesys) About You: You are a go-getter, driven to deliver exceptional results and improve every day.
