What You’ll Be Doing Managing ICT contracts from end to end - commercial oversight, vendor engagement, and relationship management. Defining, embedding, and managing procurement frameworks tailored for public sector IT divisions. Driving high-value procurement processes, preparing complex technical documents, and mitigating risks. Developing best-practice vendor management policies and strategies to optimise performance. Engaging with key stakeholders across IT and non-IT functions, communicating complex sourcing strategies with clarity and confidence. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor management, ideally in a government or enterprise environment. Strong understanding of contract negotiation, governance, and risk management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—you can explain complex procurement strategies in plain language.
