They offer IT helpdesk and staff support services, as well as IT Managed Service & Security Providers (MSP & MSSP). The company specializes in licensed data, fibre, and security equipment, with a focus on CISM and ISO 27001 compliance. BTG is based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, Australia and now services Australia wide with a new partnership. Role Description BTG is now seeking Information Technology Support Technicians to assist our clients with onsite support. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting computers and servers, cloud environments, assisting with printer support, and maintaining records. You will be required to address day-to-day IT issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Requirements Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Desktop Computers and Computer Repair knowledge Experience in Printer Support Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Relevant certifications or experience such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Please specify your location, availability, and whether you hold a valid Australian Drivers license, which is desired but not essential.
