We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Program Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing and administering diverse civil and related infrastructure projects. About The Role The role of Infrastructure Program Specialist is responsible for a diverse civil and related infrastructure program management and administration from development to completion. This role is key to ensuring the success of external government-funded initiatives. You will oversee a dynamic portfolio of external projects ensuring seamless management from inception to close-out. Develop and submit strong compelling funding proposals to secure resources and keep projects on track. Coordinate resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at every stage. Prepare and deliver insightful reporting keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community. Minimum Requirements Degree qualification in Civil Engineering/Project Management or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in diverse program management and administration within an infrastructure environment across all levels of government-funded programs, combined with ongoing professional development. Class C Driver Licence. About You You are a motivated professional with experience in managing civil infrastructure projects. You thrive in dynamic environments and are able to adjust to evolving needs and priorities while remaining focused on delivering quality results. You have meticulous attention to detail and are solution-focused. Other Important Information The salary range for this position is between $99.7K to $119.6K pa (dependent on skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation. We have a permanent full-time role available. This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight. Private Use Leaseback offered. We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - up to 3 days per fortnight. This role is located at the Erina Works Depot.
