6-month contract with potential extensions | Join a small Fed Gov Agency | Baseline Clearance neededYour new company You'll be part of a small Commonwealth government agency dedicated to providing clear, effective, and accessible Commonwealth law for all Australians. This agency drafts Bills and legislative instruments and offers comprehensive, free access to Commonwealth legislation.Your new role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide critical support by designing, implementing, and managing network architecture, system operations, and cloud-based computing solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience in network architecture and strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure management to offer level 2 and 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Additionally, you will configure firewalls, routers, and switches to optimise network efficiency and security, while monitoring network performance and conducting scheduled upgrades to ensure optimal performance.What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in network architecture, system operations, and cloud-based computing. Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure management and server management. Proven experience in providing level 2 and 3 support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Ability to configure firewalls, routers, and switches to maximise network efficiency and security. Experience monitoring network performance and conducting scheduled upgrades. What you'll get in return 6-month contract with two potential extensions.
