Your New Role Join QBE's Managed Fund Claims (Worker's Compensation) team in this critical role. We are looking for a strong, experienced Injury Management Specialist to take command of coaching and supporting the team, while driving the overall success of our Self-Insurance business clients. The role will include: Provide proactive, expert injury management advice to claims staff and clients. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines, ensuring they align with best industry practices. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements for medical and injury management interventions. Contribute to the creation of training materials and policies around injury, treatment, and medical management best practices. Boost team performance and elevate the broader business capability through direct training and coaching. About You Extensive experience in workers' compensation claims- specifically Self-Insurance. Preferred qualifications and experience in psychology. Background in Allied Health, Clinical, supervisory, or workplace-based rehabilitation. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws, with a focus on legislative knowledge and work capacity decisions. Proven experience coaching Case Managers, driving decisions, and managing complex claims. Strong communication, people skills, and the ability to build a solid network.
