Recovre’s Injury Management Consultants and Rehabilitation Consultants are the experts at intervention and their impeccable influencing skills empower clients to be the hero of their own story. They do what it takes to help clients to be safe, healthy, and productive at work. This is a dual role where your expertise are shared between two roles to create a unique blend of skills and perspectives. We will count on you to: Contribute 50% of your time to Injury Management on-site with Australia’s leading manufacturing company; and 50% of your time delivering rehabilitation consulting to injured clients. Build trust with your clients, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders. Oversee a portfolio of between 10 and 15 cases (non-billable) and deliver a portfolio of billable cases. Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences, and teleconferences and liaise with treating parties to drive claims. What you need to have: Exceptional Case Management/Return-To-Work experience and qualified as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Provisional or Registered Psychologist. Resilience, time efficiency, and adaptability to balance considerable output while maintaining work/life balance. What makes you stand out: Experience in diverse areas such as Manual Handling Training, Outsourced Return to Work leadership, Career Transition services, and Vocational Rehabilitation.
