The role The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the sales team by supporting the sales process and providing outstanding service to our clients. This includes coordinating internal virtual teams, working directly with clients, managing internal systems to ensure data accuracy, collaborating with vendors and partners, creating and negotiating quotes and proposals. The role is accountable for ensuring quotes are processed efficiently and timely, and for working closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure seamless order processing for clients. Additionally, this role serves as a stepping stone for individuals seeking to gain an understanding and start a career in Natilik’s industry. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing the sales process: Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the sales cycle and work closely with the sales team on common goals in a fast-paced environment. Manage the sales quote process from start to finish and ensure quote deadlines are met and correct expectations are set. Team Coordination: Bring together internal virtual teams to support sales activities. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals. Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Work closely with the Account Manager to build client relationships and work towards common goals. This may involve participating in client meetings or calls and providing exceptional client service. Data Management: Responsible for forecasting quote/revenue for the business. Use data analysis and client insights to predict quote success rates and help the business plan for future growth. Effective utilisation of our Systems: Management of internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Update and maintain client information, sales records, and other relevant data. Understand and effectively utilise our order/quoting systems which include Sales Force/CCW/AX and other partner portals. Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work with vendors and partners to obtain necessary information and support for sales activities. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders. Ensure the best possible pricing is obtained from the partner by utilising discounts, promotions and rebate schemes. Quote and Proposal Management: Create and negotiate quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring deal integrity and profitability. Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and in a timely manner and that appropriate follow-ups are completed with the client to ensure satisfaction with the quote process. Order Processing: Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure seamless order processing. Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment. Enhancing Sales Efficiency: Streamline the sales process by supporting the sales team, ensuring quotes and proposals are created and processed swiftly and accurately. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase client satisfaction for quoting and ordering. Learning and Development: Gain a thorough understanding of Natilik’s industry, products, and services. Seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the role, developing into a fully fledged Business Development Manager. Organisation: Highly organized, able to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Maintain accurate records, ensure all necessary documentation is complete, and keep track of deadlines. Time Management: Excels in managing time effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines, balancing urgent and long-term responsibilities. Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, conveying complex information clearly and effectively. Relationship Skills: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and internal teams, understanding client needs and expectations. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with a wide range of individuals. Collaboration: Works well with others across their team and other functions, promoting a collaborative environment. Teamwork: A team player who contributes to the success of the team, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge. Proactive & Self-Motivated: Takes accountability, is highly self-driven and motivated, and takes a proactive approach to their role. Experience Previous experience in an Inside Sales role or similar is desirable, but not essential. Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment is beneficial. Must be computer literate. Behaviours Must have an interest in or basic understanding of Technology. Looking to pursue a career in Technology Sales - this role will be given a solid development track.
