Job Description: The Role: We are looking for an engaging and professional experienced Sales Manager to lead the VIC, SA and NZ field sales teams, providing leadership in maximizing sales and market share growth. Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, this is a dual role managing an existing field sales team as well as an inside sales and administration team. This role is a senior role within UPS that is ideal for those looking to take the next step in their business development management career. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate expertise in people and performance management through delivering effective mentoring and coaching interaction activities alongside your substantial sales experience. Empowering a team to achieve a high delivery of new business development and retention, to meet and exceed sales targets & key financial measures. Managing the day-to-day activities and duties performed by Sales Managers. Interstate and overseas travel requiring short stays away each month to ensure 'hands-on' contact with the team. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in B2B sales. Ability to build and execute comprehensive, robust and dynamic sales strategies, plans and campaigns. Demonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others. Development of diverse talent, meeting and exceeding customer expectations and proven communication skills. Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching your team to lead them to further success. Exceptional communicator, creative problem solver and have an analytical approach to developing sales strategy. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
