Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Crayon (IT/Tech) Practical Information: Location: Australia | Reports to: Sales Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid As our new Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for building customer relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience through regular engagement and advisory support . You will contribute to the strategic planning of your accounts and territory through collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the Crayon ANZ organisations. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with several internal stakeholders to reactivate previous customer relationships , working closely with the presales team to manage customer interactions and follow up. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders while generating new opportunities to increase market share and profitability. Focusing on net new business by qualifying and processing leads, meeting KPIs and monitoring sales performance against forecasts with regular reporting. Expanding the customer base, driving sales of services and vendor offerings, increasing customer contacts and reporting on a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly targets in CRM Dynamics 365. Responsibility for growing existing customers and driving net new logos to upsell, cross-sell and generate additional sales with Crayon’s services and offerings. About You: You are a structured, opportunity-driven and results-oriented individual. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with customers with a quality-conscious mindset.
