See yourself in our Team As a Senior Insights Analyst, you’ll use data insights to help the team drive a personalised and seamless service that delights customers across all channels. You’ll become part of a customer’s journey by creating unique experiences for every individual interaction. Each communication requires data-driven segmentation, eligibility and contact channel selection to ensure every customer touchpoint is highly relevant and compelling. In this role you will Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop direct communication initiatives that meet customer and business objectives. Proactively engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders by supplying customer insights which enables them to determine optimal contact strategies. Use data analysis coupled with your understanding of the customer and business to identify engagement and growth opportunities. We’re interested in hearing from people who have Think creatively and problem solve using analytics to drive decision making. Possess excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, including written & verbal communication. Have experience working in an agile environment. Can design and develop a contact strategy and have technical delivery experience with the ability to articulate complex topics in common, non-technical terms.
