Job Description

We are currently seeking an Installation Manager to provide supervision, direction, and technical support to our Permanent and Subcontract Install Crews. You will be joining a company that prides itself on the best service with quality products at competitive prices. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain, service, and support our existing client base. Have a good understanding of Aconex or similar online construction cloud services. Develop, build, and maintain relationships with onsite Foreman, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Suppliers. Co-ordinate and maintain a steady workflow through our permanent and subcontract installation crews. Have a good understanding of OH&S and Working at Heights. Have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Be able to coordinate multiple projects at any one time and regularly maintain and update a project register. Be technically minded and be able to problem-solve quickly and effectively. Be a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. We would like to hear from those who have had experience in the building or similar industries in a supervisory/management role. The position would suit someone who has worked onsite but also understands the office environment. To be successful, you will need to be an excellent communicator as interpersonal skills are essential. You will have strong customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your problem-solving abilities.
