Smart Energy is a leading national home electrification company specializing in the installation of solar systems, batteries, and hot water heat pumps for the Australian residential market. Our mission is to empower homeowners to embrace renewable energy by making it easy for them to do so and helping them save money. Are you great at conversing with customers? Can you mix business with banter whilst chatting with our contractors? Are you highly organised on the verge of OCD? The Installations Coordinator is responsible for scheduling 60+ installations every week and organizing the day-to-day for installers and customers . This role is heavily focused on relationship management with our large database of contractors, and the Installations Coordinator will be working underneath our National Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Confirming future availability of install teams Rescheduling appointments for the week/day directly with customers Recruiting electricians and plumbers nationally Answering inbound telephone calls & texts with our customers, installers, and nationwide sales teams Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations Resolving issues as they arise Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated customers and contractors Experience & Attributes: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience (scheduling, project management, BDM) Customer service experience Charm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your way. The ability to multitask Effective problem solving A real self-starter Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
