We're looking for an ambitious, proactive and switched-on Admin to anticipate needs, juggle multiple priorities and deliver superior service to customers, contractors and builders in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Installations Coordinator/Administrator Location : Laverton North VIC Start : ASAP Hours : Monday to Friday (7am to 3.15pm) with a small amount of overtime required Rate : $35-37 per hour + superannuation Duration : Temp-Permanent About the Role: As an Installations Coordinator/Administrator, you will coordinate the installation of new equipment and projects (50-75 jobs and projects), arrange for equipment to be sent to job sites, liaising extensively with builders, contractors and customers on replacements and new construction. Key responsibilities : Organise equipment to be sent to job sites Liaise with builders, contractors and customers Coordinate and schedule transport Order parts and materials Data entry and records management Requirements: Minimum 2 years admin/coordination experience within the maintenance, construction and/or trades sector Ability to manage high volume workloads with multiple stakeholders, and juggle conflicting priorities Energetic, proactive approach with a genuine willingness to learn and grow, and contribute as part of a small team Superior interpersonal skills with a proven ability to liaise effectively with customers, technicians, suppliers etc. APPLY NOW!
