ABOUT THE ROLE This Sydney CBD-based role will see you working closely with institutional clients, internal stakeholders, and service providers to ensure best-in-class client service. Your focus will be on managing client queries, overseeing investor reporting, improving service processes, and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients, proactively managing queries and ensuring high service standards. Investor Reporting: Prepare and review client and fund reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Client Onboarding & Due Diligence: Support onboarding, liaising with administrators and internal teams to meet compliance requirements. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in client servicing and reporting processes. Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client service. ABOUT YOU You thrive in a client-focused role and enjoy delivering high-quality service. Your background includes: Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or a related discipline. 4+ years’ experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in institutional client service or relationship management. Strong understanding of fund management, investment markets, and institutional client needs. Experience preparing and reviewing client reporting, investment commentary, and due diligence requests. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex queries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and investor reporting tools. Full working rights for Australia, without restrictions, are essential. Why Join?
