Develop your own client base; minimal dispute work; National role; client facing; networking opportunities; advise on & act in all States; CBD/WFH 2 days. National role – broad coverage advice Networking opportunities Client facing Skills & Responsibilities You will be a general insurance lawyer at Senior Associate level who enjoys undertaking broad coverage advice work with minimal dispute work . Your New Role Will see you working directly with a Partner, Special Counsel, and Senior Associate (who is returning from ML later this year part-time). Undertake coverage advice and policy interpretation involving predominantly first-party property damage resulting in business loss. Also advise on Home & Contents, Accident & Health, and Retail policies for a large general insurer. Opportunity to develop your own client base ; travelling interstate for mediations and site inspections; National role with matters in Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia; work alongside an expanded team; social functions with clients; presentations and seminars.
