We supply a complete range of residential and light commercial air-conditioning products. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support (Internal) Specialist to support the sales and business development team in NSW on technical and product/equipment selection, design, and application guide to help with all pre and post sales activities. Reporting to the National Manager – Toshiba division, some of your key responsibilities will be to: Prepare and manage quotes for tenders, ensuring all requirements are met and submissions are completed on time. Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide product pricing, availability, and selection support. Review and verify customer orders to ensure they align with design parameters before processing. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, maintain the quote register, and manage incoming sales calls and inquiries. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities. Follow up on quotes and tenders, providing additional information as needed and addressing customer inquiries. Provide application support and technical feedback on products to internal and external customers, including designers and engineers. This role will require the candidate to possess strong mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment, with a focus on, but not limited to VRF systems. You will be skilled in interpreting tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance. You will have some background and expertise in leveraging your sales skills and knowledge of our industry and market dynamics to add value to our sales objectives. The successful candidate will preferably be a Mech Engineer qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are a self-driven individual with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make decisions independently within your area of expertise. You will be skilled in carrying out client presentations and imparting training when required and possess strong computer skills including knowledge of engineering-based software.
