Job Description About you Your strong electronic or mechanical aptitude will enable you to stay ahead of rapidly advancing electronic security technologies and equipment. We are looking for an individual with proven expertise in electronic security to support the business and team by delivering high-quality technical assistance. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our electronic security division by providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support for both internal staff and customers. This includes offering technical advice on hardware and software applications, addressing repair and service challenges, and assisting customers both over the phone and in person at the counter. In this role, your broad responsibilities will include: Provide technical advice and services relating to electronic security hardware and software applications. Provide product-specific quotations and support for the LSC sales team and customers. Increase sales through relationship building and promotion of LSC products and services. Build customer support and loyalty by providing continuous and high-level customer service. Identify sales opportunities by suggesting new/alternative products. Undertake repairs and/or modifications to electronic security products returned to LSC. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in the role you will possess the following: Willingness to help and a can-do attitude. A minimum of 3 years experience as Internal/Sales support within the electronic security industry is desirable. Commitment to high-quality customer service principles. A good telephone manner, demonstrated patience with customers and the ability to understand problems communicated by telephone, and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions by phone to customers who may have minimal levels of computer literacy. Proven ability to analyse electronic/mechanical problems quickly, efficiently, and propose solutions. A demonstrated ability to organise their own time efficiently and can work to deadlines and established targets. Computer literate, with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Candidates must have full Australian working rights to be considered.
