Join our client’s dynamic team in Chadstone VIC , where you'll connect with eager investors and set them up on their investment journeys. The Role First point of contact for potential investors, helping them take their next big step Calling and qualifying leads to assess their financial position and investment aspirations Booking in appointments and guiding clients through our client’s well-established methodology (full training provided to the successful applicant) Determining if they’re the right fit for exclusive membership & signing them up Introducing members to expert Buyers Agents who then handle the property search and investment journey Achieving incredible sign-up rates – senior strategists convert 75-85 clients annually Candidate Requirements Ambitious, results-driven individuals who are passionate about real estate Comfortable with making high volume of calls and able to build rapport quickly Knowledge in buyers’ financial capabilities – eg. superannuation, equity and loan options Must have at least 12 months experience B2B or B2C in real estate We will also consider candidates with strong sales and appointment-setting experience with a proven track record in high-volume calls What’s in it for You?
