The Role We’re on the lookout for a Senior Investment Strategist to join our high-performing team. This role is about more than just selling property—it’s about building relationships, guiding clients through the investment process, and helping them achieve long-term financial success . You'll be the first point of contact for qualified leads—meeting with clients over Zoom or in person , discussing investment strategies, presenting opportunities, and guiding them through the decision-making process. With leads generated by our in-house marketing team and digital marketing efforts , your focus will be on converting prospects into long-term clients . You’ll be backed by a strong support team, ongoing training, and a lucrative commission structure to ensure you succeed. You will need to work with Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, and Property Investment Strategists to guide a client to make the right decision. What You’ll Be Doing Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospective investors, helping them understand the benefits of property investment. Strategy & Presentations: Develop personalised investment strategies, incorporating tax planning, cash flow analysis, and property selection . Sales Execution: Guide clients from enquiry to transaction, ensuring a seamless experience. Ongoing Client Support: Provide long-term advice and service, helping clients scale their portfolios over time. Collaboration: Work closely with our Acquisitions and Finance teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients. About You You love helping people achieve financial success and take a consultative approach to sales. You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and guide clients through major financial decisions . You have at least 3 years' experience in property investment sales or advisory, with a strong understanding of residential real estate. You’re confident in discussing market trends, financial structures, and investment strategies . You have a proven track record in converting leads and closing deals . You’re a team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Need Strong knowledge of new builds, house & land packages, SMSF property investment, and high-growth suburbs An understanding of finance, SMSF and accounting.
