About the JCTS Joint Colleges Training Services Pty Ltd (JCTS) is a joint venture between the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). JCTS facilitates shared GP training activities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health initiatives, cultural education, mentorship, and registrar housing in remote communities. About the role Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee the national governance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health education. You'll develop, implement, and maintain culturally safe training programs, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support GP registrars and supervisors nationwide. As our JCTS Head of Medical Education , you'll also: Lead national governance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health education in GP training. Develop and implement culturally safe training programs for registrars and supervisors. Collaborate with stakeholders to align education with national frameworks. Support and mentor GP registrars and supervisors in cultural education. Skills & Experience Experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. Proven leadership in medical education and training. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. RACGP or ACRRM fellowship with current clinical practice. How To Apply?
